Porygon, Porygon2 and PorygonZ
Porygon, Porygon2 and PorygonZ were the first line that I decided to collect. I decided on them for two reasons; one is that, at the time, not many people collected them, and two is that they're my favourite colours - blue and pink!
Porygon, Porygon2 and PorygonZ
Porygon, Porygon2 and PorygonZ Zukan
My excitement when, in March 2010, Porygon actually got a zukan (a 1/40 scale model) cannot be described. I had to buy one; and I'm so pleased that I did. The sheer detail in them is astonishing - far and away my favourite Porygon-line item in the world, let alone my collection.
Porygon
Porygon Jakks Figure
This is one of my biggest figures, and he's about three inches high. His feet and head move, and he's one of my favourite Porygon items because he's so detailed and brightly coloured!
Porygon Clear and Normal Kids
This photograph shows my clear and normal Porygon kids nose to nose. Clear kids are rare counterparts to normal kids, and only select sets of kids have clear versions, so I'm proud to own this one!
Porygon Clear and Normal FCS Figures
FCS are small figures made of the original 151 Pokémon. This photograph shows both versions of the Porygon figures - the clear and the normal ones. They match my kids figures perfectly!
Chibi Pokémodel
This is the Chibi Pokémodel, and is the same size as the Keshi model, but is painted in pastel colours with a rectangular hole in his base.
Keshi Model
The blue figure is the Keshi/Rubber model, and stands about quarter of an inch tall and is made of rubbery plastic.
Porygon Metal Swing Keychain
I won this in a Group Auction on pkmncollectors. He's about half an inch tall and enamelled, on a gold coloured keychain. Gorgeous!
Bootleg Porygon TOMY figure
I bought this guy before I knew about bootlegs. Now I have to find the real thing!
Porygon2
Porygon2 Jakks Figure
Similar to the Porygon Jakks Figure, this guy was released in US stores with other pokémon in single packs. He's about three inches tall, made of tough plastic and really brightly coloured. All we need now is a PorygonZ figure from Jakks to complete the set!
Porygon2 Kids Figure
Kids are 2 inch tall hollow plastic figures made of all the pokémon, and come in normal, clear and attack varieties. This is my normal Porygon2 kid - I love his slightly vacant stare!
Bootleg Porygon2 TOMY figure
Similarly to my Porygon TOMY, I got him before I knew what a bootleg was - notice his blue eyes rather than white? D'oh!
PorygonZ
PorygonZ Banpresto UFO Plush
This is Percy, a Banpresto UFO PorygonZ. I got him on eBay, and he is really responsible for my collecting the Porygon-line. He's about 7 inches tall, and is made of some kind of soft, velboa-esq fur. Super cute, isn't he?
PorygonZ Kid Figure
This is the PorygonZ Kid figure, and is the tallest standard kid in my collection, at nearly three inches tall. He's made of hollow plastic, and has one of the funniest poses I've ever seen. He's craning his neck up to see something - probably food!
PorygonZ Keshipoke
Keshipoke are the smallest models in pokémon merchandise, running at less than a centimetre (quarter of an inch) tall or long. The are blind packaged and come in a rubbery pokéball, which is where my PorygonZ spends all his time. He's smaller than the zukan PorygonZ - absolutely tiny!
Custom Dubious Disk Bead Sprite
This was comissioned from miss_fuu_chan on pkmncollectors, and shows a very accurate depiction of the in-game sprite of a Dubious Disk, needed to evolve a Porygon2 to a PorygonZ. Isn't it absolutely stunning?
Flats
The two pictures below show my collection of cards and tags which feature the Porygon line.
